I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD. We were selling our house in Lake Charles, LA and Pat's came all the way from Baton Rouge to replace our garage door that was damaged due to the hurricane. There was a slight mix up in the type of garage door needed, but Pat's did everything they could to make sure this was handled properly and professionally. I would use them over and over again and they will be my one and only call for garage doors. I appreciate them coming all the way to Lake Charles and would recommend them to anybody and everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

There is a review that is negative regarding Pat's and I can say that I was involved in this. It is not true what is stated on that negative review. Things stated there are negative in an attempt to personally attack this company and Pat's did everything right, professional, and timely especially with coming from Baton Rouge to Lake Charles, it was during Covid, supply shortages, and a family death.

My garage door spring broke the night before Labor Day. I called Pat’s not anticipating they would be open on a holiday. They had someone on call and told me they would be here in an hour! Mr. Dale showed up and talked to me about what he saw, some of the causes of for the spring failure and what to do in the future. He changed out the spring in about an hour. He was extremely professional, super nice and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door. I will definitely use them again if I have anything else happen to the door. Great great great service. Had a previous quote from another company which stated I needed a new garage door for $1800. Mr. Dale came out and repaired my door in 30 mins for $300. Very friendly and a local family business too! We need more businesses like this. Highly recommended.

One of the springs broke recently on my garage door, which happened without warning and at a very inconvenient time. I called Pat’s, and they came out very quickly. The technician took one look at the broken spring and immediately saw that whoever changed springs the last time didn’t put in the right size for my door! (I cannot remember who changed them previously, except it was NOT Pat’s!) The old springs were about 6” shorter than the correct ones which Pat’s installed. He said that garage springs usually last about 12 years under normal use. The wrong ones had failed after only 4 years or so!

I was very impressed with Pat’s response time, service, knowledge, and price. I recommend them highly.

let me start off by saying what a great company Pat’s Garage Doors are! They exhibit outstanding customer service and very competitive pricing .

The office staff is very friendly and communication was above par. They were able to have us back up and running in no time and even did it on the weekend !

I would really like to notice our technician . What a great salesman . I’m pretty sure he could sell ice to an Eskimo .He was very knowledgable and has a genuinely kind personality . He was also very thorough in explaining everything and was non-bias on whatever option we chose. He was also a pleasure to work with . We also appreciated his being very particular on the quality of work he performed as well.

Even programmed my wife’s garage door control in her car !

We went with the led belt drive wifi system with DC motor and absolutely love it what a huge difference it is from a traditional chain drive system (very very quiet and smooth)

As a business owner we know these thing are important and would like to acknowledge how much we appreciate the services they have provided.

The business owners are very fortunate to have such an outstanding team . If you need anything to do with garage doors this is the company to call.
